Lighter LIT

Lighter is ranked #84 by market capitalisation, at 918.25M $. Market capitalisation is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with both — a coin can climb the ranking without its price rising, simply by issuing more.

250.0 M LIT are in circulation, which is 25.0 % of the declared maximum. The remainder enters the market on the schedule written into the protocol, and until it does, the circulating figure is what market capitalisation is computed from — not the cap.

Lighter is a token issued on the Ethereum network rather than a coin of its own blockchain. Practically that means transfers are paid for in the network's own currency, and the token's fate is tied to that network as well as to its own project.
