About
TradeAlmanac is a market-data, analytics and paper-trading platform for the whole world of finance, investing and trading; the Russian market is its most deeply covered market today, not its boundary.
Updated: 7 October 2026
TradeAlmanac collects, normalises and presents market data from markets around the world together with the fundamental information around it: quotes and charts, dividends, issuer financial statements, multiples, corporate events and news. We are not a broker and not an investment adviser: we make the data legible, verifiable and convenient for your own analysis.
What we do
- Cover markets on one scheme: Russia — Moscow Exchange stocks, bonds, funds and futures; US equities; world indices, currencies, commodities and cryptocurrencies.
- Maintain a dividend calendar: record dates, amounts, yields, decision status and payout history.
- Standardise financial statements (RAS and IFRS) and compute comparable multiples.
- Build an event feed tied to tickers, with the primary source named for every fact.
- Offer paper trading on a demo account: trades settle against stored prices, and no real order is ever sent to a broker.
Why the numbers can be trusted
We build trust through transparency rather than loud forecasts. Every figure on a page shows where it came from and as of when, and derived values (multiples, yields, growth rates) are kept apart from data taken directly from the primary source. We publish no invented numbers and never present our own estimates as official data.
Coverage depth differs by market, and we say so openly: the Russian market is covered most deeply — down to issuer statements and dividend history — while other world markets are filled in as reader demand grows. We publish no empty pages for the sake of the word “world”: a section appears together with its data. How the data is collected and computed is set out on the Methodology page. Editorial standards and the correction procedure are on the Editorial policy page.
