CoinEx is ranked #1146 by market capitalisation, at 12.20M $. Market capitalisation is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with both — a coin can climb the ranking without its price rising, simply by issuing more.
2.44 B CET are in circulation, which is 24.4 % of the declared maximum. The remainder enters the market on the schedule written into the protocol, and until it does, the circulating figure is what market capitalisation is computed from — not the cap.
CoinEx is the native coin of its own blockchain: transaction fees in that network are paid in it, and its issuance is set by the protocol rather than by a contract on someone else's chain.
