Asset bubble
A market state in which the price is held up by the expectation of reselling higher rather than by anything the asset itself pays.
How to read the number
It is recognised by the distance between the price and any stream the asset can produce — rent, coupon, profit. While new buyers keep arriving, the distance feeds itself.
